We are excited to share with you the launch of our all-new PayU App. With a fresh look and easy-to-use interface, the brand new PayU App is the perfect companion for all your business (management) needs.
The PayU App will enable you to carry out transactions on-the-go, request money by sending payment links or invoices to customers and create a business website, in minutes! All you need to do is download the free PayU App on your android or iOS mobile phones.
If already a PayU merchant, enter your email ID and password to “Get Started”. If not, you can register or sign up on PayUmoney through the PayU App itself, become our merchant and make use of the revamped app.
After logging in, you will land on to the Home screen that looks like this:
We have re-designed the PayU home screen form the ground up in a way so that you can see your most recent activities and features that are of your use the most! You can see amount collected and settled in your bank, 2 recent transactions and settlements on the Home screen itself!
You can explore the rest of the features by clicking on the bar on the top left side.
Here Are Some Key Features Of Our PayU App:
1.Track Your Business Performance, Instantly
The PayU App gives you a bird’s eye view of how your business is performing, instantly. In the “Reports” section, you will find all the data for your transactions, the outflow (Refunds) and the cash flow (Settlements). With a few taps, you can track your daily sales and how you’ve performed over the past week, month, quarter or custom period.
2. Request Payments Via Itemized Invoices and Payment Links
The PayU App is the right tool for you if you want to send payment requests while on the go. You can quickly create and share payment requests or detailed itemized invoices with your customers via different mediums such as SMS, email, WhatsApp and more. You can also send reminders to your customers about unpaid invoices, just through a few taps.
Just click on the “+” icon at the right down corner of the screen to create a payment request or invoice. Enter the amount and description and send the payment request to your customers.
3. Create a Payment Website
Don’t have a website or an app of your own? No problem. Create a basic website through the PayU app. Add your products, details, and pricing and get started with your online presence. The PayU website is integrated with the PayUmoney payment gateway, therefore, we take care of all payments. Customers can buy products from your website and pay through the medium they prefer.
4. Get Assistance On-the-Go
If you have any concerns or issues, you can get in touch with us through the “Help/Support” tab on the PayU App. Just click on “Help/Support” and you will be directed to our PayU Assist homepage wherein you can chat with the “PayU Buddy” and solve your queries or raise a ticket and we will get back to you.
